Job title -SAP Services Consultant

Contract Length - 6 months + extension

Project focus

• Our aerospace industry client is looking for an experienced SAP Services Consultant to support a large-scale Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation programme.

Key skills and Experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Gather and analyse business requirements during the Explore phase
• Advise stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA standard processes and capabilities
• Drive process harmonisation and adoption of SAP best practices
• Support business process design and solution definition activities
• Work closely with project teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Ensure implementation activities follow SAP Activate methodology
• Produce workshop documentation and business process outputs
• Engage with senior stakeholders across business and IT functions

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations
• Proven track record leading Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
• Experience working within the Explore Phase of SAP programmes
• Strong business process and stakeholder management skills
• Experience on enterprise-scale SAP Transformation Projects
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Willingness to travel to Hamburg for customer workshops
