We’re a global, fast‑growing brand with a strong international footprint across EMEA and APAC. As we scale our B2B business, we’re evolving our Inside Sales team into a proactive, tech‑enabled Customer Success organization.
The Role
We’re looking for a B2B Customer Success Manager to join our Inside Sales team in Hamburg. This role goes far beyond reactive support—you’ll be a strategic partner to our Key Account Managers and a trusted point of contact for our B2B retail customers.
You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, drive retention and growth, and play a key role in connecting Sales, Operations, and our customers to deliver a seamless B2B experience.
The Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B retail accounts, focusing on long‑term partnerships and revenue growth
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as a CRM and process champion, keeping pipelines, data, and purchase orders accurate and aligned
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth order management and delivery
- Train and enable B2B customers on our products and digital tools
- Handle B2B claims, warranties, and post‑sales requests with care and efficiency
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Sales Operations
- Strong hands‑on experience CRM tools (HubSpot or similar); Zendesk and ERP experience is a plus
- A performance‑driven mindset—you’re comfortable with KPIs and motivated by growth and results
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- An international mindset: fluent English is required; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic) are a plus
