  • Active sourcing & pipeline building: Identify and engage passive candidates and build proactive pipelines for recurring and strategic hiring needs

  • Candidate experience: Ensure professional, timely communication and represent MB Energy credibly in the market

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and People Operations

  • Talent Pool development: Build and maintain a strong, visible pool of talent for future hiring needs

  • Agency & market interaction: Work with external partners and gather market insights

  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to recruitment projects, materials, and talent intelligence

  • Active sourcing expertise: Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates

  • End-to-end process management: Experience managing full recruiting cycles independently

  • Proactive & delivery-focused: You actively drive hiring outcomes

  • Structured & reliable: You maintain control across multiple processes

  • Communicative & credible: You represent MB Energy professionally

  • Relationship-oriented: You build strong partnerships

  • Adaptable & insightful: You adjust your approach to different hiring needs

Even if you do not fulfil all of the above requirements, we encourage you to apply if you believe your experience will add value to our team.
