Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with product or service-related inquiries
• Provide solutions and support in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reporting and quality assurance
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience
  
  

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential
• A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided
