- Lead Customer facing product development, by identifying and bringing forward and business needs & priorities with the respective stakeholder (IT + Business)
- Serve as the product owner for the Dashboard (former Navigator) in Hapag-Lloyd
- Develop detailed and structured product development and release plan with commercial business units at HQ, Regions and IT teams to drive product development, track progress and raise timely red flags for delays
- Establish an effective product governance model to manage a smooth roll-out implementation
- Measure, analyze, and evaluate existing processes, collect data to identify root causes, perform benefit analysis, and propose improvement opportunities
- Maintain close relations with the Regional Sales and Customer Service + Regional and Area Stakeholder, IT and other CEO departments
- Monitor industry and B2B digital benchmarks for best Customer Service and customer experience practices and make recommendations for adoption in Hapag-Lloyd
- Prepare Senior management packages for regular updates and steering (ExCom, QBR, etc.)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project / program management, and/or product development
- Strong knowledge of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), with hands-on experience in managing digital products or platforms a plus
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management, including collaboration with Regional, Area Customer Service, IT, commercial teams, and senior stakeholder
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential, plus experience with QlikView, and Salesforce analytics is an advantage
- Self-motivated and organized, with a structured and analytical work approach
- Strong social skills and very good communication skills in English (spoken and written) as the role is highly international
- Diligent and strongly team-oriented
- Contributing proactively in your approach to work, self-initiative and commitment, as well as a very independent work organization come natural by you
