Join our dynamic DBS team and play a pivotal role in enhancing communication and training initiatives within the Digital Applications & OT department. You will prepare engaging internal communications on IT Tool topics, including newsletters and knowledge articles, tailored for our diverse international partners. Collaborate with processes and IT tools experts to create and update training materials on our internal learning platform, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the knowledge they need. You’ll also identify training gaps and drive content improvements, facilitating workshops as needed. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Prepare regular internal communications on IT Tool topics, including newsletters and SharePoint updates, tailored for various international audiences.
  • Support the creation and updating of training materials, such as how-to guides and e-learning videos, in collaboration with processes and IT tools experts.
  • Identify training needs and drive content improvements in alignment with our internal Wind University team.
  • Facilitate workshops on demand to enhance team knowledge and skills.


What You Bring

  • Ongoing studies in a relevant field such as Business Information Technology, Communications, or Instructional Design
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences and platforms
  • Experience or interest in the creation of training materials; basic skills in graphic design or video editing (e.g., Canva, Camtasia)
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a big plus
