Operational since 2016, Hamburg is one of our Safran Nacelles’ most recent sites. It is entirely dedicated to the integration of Airbus A320neo nacelles and was tailor-made to support the ramp-up of that program.

Assistant (f/m/d)
This 1 year contract can be extended to a permanent position.
Your main missions:
In this versatile role, you act heart of the team supporting our management team with your organizational and administrative skills and making a significant contribution to the smooth running of our daily business.
As assistant to the site management you are responsible for:
- Diary Management: Organizing and updating schedules, coordinating priorities, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Budget Monitoring: Creating purchase requisitions, monitoring orders, and processing goods receipts in the ERP system. Archiving supporting documents, as well as reconciling invoices and expenses in collaboration with controlling and accounting.
- Organization and Coordination of Events (e.g., seminars, customer visits).
- Administrative Support and Communication: Drafting internal memos, processing professional emails, document management.
- Organization and Management of Business Trips and Assignments by sites operatives
Your job requirements:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Mind. 3 years of professional experience in an assistant or administrative role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Confident use of common MS office tools
- Strong organizational skills, independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension
- Discretion and diligence as well as excellent communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
