Responsibilities

• Strategic involvement in shaping and operational development of our AI initiative in customer projects (market and competitive analyses, market research, and more)
• Supporting our AI-driven automation initiatives by designing and implementing workflows to streamline project-related or internal processes
• Identifying manual steps within workflows and developing solutions using technology or AI tools (including agents) to automate them
• Supporting the strategic alignment of AI topics, particularly regarding the integration of AI solutions into existing processes
• Monitoring the market for new AI applications and providers
• Assisting in the evaluation of AI-generated results
  
  

Requirements

• Enrollment in a relevant field of study, such as Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable discipline
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning—initial experience with pretrained models or AI automation tools is a plus
• Programming skills in Python and preferably mySQL are desirable
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• High level of independence, reliability, and flexibility
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and taking on responsibility
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
