• Unterstützung bei der Terminplanung und -koordination
• Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Dokumenten
• Organisation und Vorbereitung von Meetings und Veranstaltungen
• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von internen Projekten
• Allgemeines Fuhrparkmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit dem WPP-Fuhrparkteam
• Allgemeine Büroorganisation und -verwaltung
  
  

Was wir uns wünschen:

• Du studierst Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Hands-on Mentalität
• Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
