in Hamburg.

YOUR TASKS
Local and international trainings: actively support the organization and implementation and learn how to work with various stakeholders Actively shape BAT's Learning & Development portfolio and incorporate your innovative ideas
- Support in creating learning paths and the administration of our internal learning platform

L&D projects: Work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management

Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation and gain valuable experience

Employer Branding projects: Work on topics related to campus marketing/social media and gain insights into the Employer Branding strategies of our markets
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Very good English skills

Strong communication skills and openness

Independent and proactive way of working

Strong analytical skills

Confident with Excel and PowerPoint

Ideally initial practical experience in human resources or marketing
