About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Working Student to support the Processes, Methods and Tools department in supporting transformation across supply chain functions. This role is ideal for students with a background in supply chain management, data analytics, or business analytics who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world, high-impact setting.You will contribute to supporting digital transformation projects and building performance tracking tools to support decision-making across multiple regions. You’ll work closely on projects that involve Power BI, SAP (S/4HANA), and process improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Assist in designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for supply chain KPIs
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Microsoft Planner and Excel
• Help prepare meeting minutes and project updates
• Support workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications
• Assist in performance benchmarking across regional affiliates
• Set up automation workflows using tools like Power Automate
• Track adoption and success of Dashboards deployment
• Collect and synthesize feedback from users to recommend improvements

Your profile

Educational Background:

• Enrolled in a Master's program in:
  
• Supply Chain Management.
• Industrial Engineering
• Data Science / Business Analytics
• Business Administration (with analytics focus)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Prior internship/work ex (to be reviewed by Kap) in supply chain or data analytics.
• Basic understanding of SCM concepts (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, S&OP, inventory management)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions) and data analysis techniques
• Exposure to SAP is a strong plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and visualize complex data
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of DAX, SQL, or Power Automate
• Experience in KPI modelling or performance frameworks
