Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Strategy Projects Tech - #2211820

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to become part of one of our Strategy Projects Tech team at ABOUT YOU!

Our Strategy Projects Tech team is responsible for steering our most important strategic initiatives across our full system landscape. Doing so they ensure efficient and smooth cross-system solutions to enable our commerce business (all our About You shops in the different countries in which we operate).

What you will do

• Steer the key strategic initiatives across our system landscape in close collaboration with the application teams
• Challenge business requirements to minimize technical complexity while respecting partner challenges
• Work closely together with our partner integration application team to guide required adjustments for new integration projects
• Steer E2E testing together with the partner and internal application teams with a high motivation to get yourself involved wherever needed / possible
• Ensure on-time delivery by tracking milestones and aligning across teams
• Keep stakeholders informed regularly throughout the project, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making.
• Lots of space for your own ideas and creations, flat hierarchies and very short decision-making process
  
  

Who you are

• At least 2 years of experience in agile IT project management and business analysis within tech organizations
• Capable of effectively communicating and managing stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
• IT knowledge e.g. experience with APIs, SQL, managing IT tools, or IT infrastructure projects(e.g., AWS) would be helpful.
• Strong on-point communication skills in English
  
  

Nice to have

• Experienced in designing process flows
• Experience in eCommerce
• Experience with administering IT tools e.g. Atlassian JIRA would be helpful
• Skilled in change management like introducing processes and helping with organizational changes would be helpful.

Due to the upcoming tasks and responsibilities for this position, it is required to work onsite at our headquarters in Hamburg on a weekly basis. Therefore we’ve implemented a hybrid working model that allows us to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
