Role: Senior Project / Account Manager (w/m/d) - 18-Monats-Vertrag

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Büropräsenz an mindestens 2 Tagen pro Woche erwartet)

Was ist deine Aufgabe?

• Stetiger Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen und Projekte
• In Zusammenarbeit mit den Team Leads Überblick über alle Projekte und Deadlines halten
• Eigenständige Annahme von Kundenbriefings, sowie Steuerung der Umsetzung von Erstentwicklung bis zur Finalisierung mit externen Dienstleistern
• Souveränität in der Steuerung & Verantwortung von komplexen Projekten & Budgets
• Souveräner und täglicher Umgang mit internen Administrationstools
  
  

Was erwarten wir von dir?

• Erfahrung als Senior Projektmanager (+5 Jahre) in einer Kreativ- oder Produktionsagentur
• Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung von Social Media, digitalen und Print-Projekten
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
• Routine in der Kapazitätenplanung, Budgetkoordination sowie Erstellung und Nachhalten von Timings
• Leidenschaft für strukturierte Arbeitsweise und das Etablieren von Prozessen
• Erfahrung in Budgetplanung & -verantwortung auch für komplexe Projekte
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig im Auge zu haben und voranzutreiben
• Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt
• Wunsch nach stetiger Weiterentwicklung
• Teamfähigkeit und Affinität auch zum internationalen Arbeiten
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
