This Position Reports To

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Manager for customer-specific development projects for power electronic products (inverters/converters) in the field of special shipbuilding. Do you approach new challenges independently and in a solution-oriented manner? Make the difference with us - apply now!

You Are Mainly Accountable For

• Defining, delegating and monitoring tasks with project team members. Ensuring the flow of information.
• Ensuring and monitoring the quality of the components and services to be delivered.
• Reporting to management and managing all stakeholders. Main interface to the internal organization and the customer.
• Identify and manage project risks
• Supporting sales regarding clarification of offers.
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience
• Talent for the technical management of small groups in a matrix organization
• Experience in the development of electrical products
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, SAP R3 knowledge is an advantage (SD, PS)
• Willingness to travel approx. 30 days / year
