In the Regional Management Team at EOS, you take ownership of complex transactions and manage international investments with strategic foresight. This is the job:

• Advising Subsidiaries: Provide strategic guidance to subsidiary companies to optimize their operational processes and efficiently manage their debt portfolios. You base your advisory on understanding the legal background and the collection tools and approaches being used.
• Process Analysis and Optimization: Assess and improve operational collections workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Identify opportunities for optimization throughout the entire collections value chain, from initial contact to final settlement.
• Best Practice Development: Create and implement standardized methods and processes to enhance efficiency and financial returns.
• International Collaboration: Connect knowledge holders from local subsidiaries and foster the exchange of best practices on an international level.
• Monitoring and Controlling: Regularly review performance metrics and develop continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the leadership teams of the subsidiaries and the management of EOS Holding to achieve operational goals and leverage group-wide synergies.

• You are fluent in English and navigate management-level interactions with ease.
