What You’ll Do:
- Engage with German-speaking customers and resolve their queries
- Provide clear, helpful solutions to customer issues
- Work closely with your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Record customer information and interactions accurately
- Native German speaker
- English proficiency at a B2 level
- Must hold EU citizenship or have a valid work permit for Portugal
- Open to relocating to Lisbon immediately
- Full relocation support and help with accommodation
