The Role

As Brand Lead at Traumhausverlosung, you’ll shape and steer the marketing and brand strategy from the ground up. Working hand-in-hand with the Business Owner, you’ll drive cross-functional alignment, ensure brand coherence across all touchpoints, and execute campaigns that accelerate brand growth and market position.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy in accordance to the positioning of the brand in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal media, performance marketing, CRM, creative and product teams and drive the implementation of a holistic brand strategy to ensure brand recognition across all marketing channels, platforms and customer touchpoints
  • Liaise with research and data teams and engage in competitive analysis to continuously identify opportunities for growth and positioning
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a growing number of channels and drive synergies between channels and activities
  • Partner with the internal Creative Studio as well as agencies and content creators to create effective marketing communications
  • Align with internal stakeholders to ensure brand messaging is integrated across all business functions
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to refine marketing tactics and improve impact and efficiencies
  • Work closely with product, legal and compliance teams to ensure marketing strategies align with regulatory requirements
  • Manage marketing budgets and liaise with the business owner and our media team to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
  • Report on campaign performance to senior leadership

  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing channels, and digital positioning
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to insights and decision-making
  • End-to-end campaign execution experience across brand and performance marketing
  • Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Expertise in marketing budget planning, spend optimization, and reporting
  • Fluent German & English speaker with excellent communication skills.
