Your tasks

Develop and and execute strategies to onboard new partners in the German market.

Manage, nurture, and grow existing partner relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to incorporate partner feedback and ensure coordinated, effective joint campaigns.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to influence product and service offerings.

Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on partner performance, challenges, and market insights.

Conduct regular reviews with partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and support to be successful.

Drive co-marketing initiatives with partners to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

Ensure adherence to all partner agreements and resolve any potential conflicts or issues in a timely manner.

Engage with new prospects and represent Cloud Factory at trade fairs and industry events.

Build and lead a local team.

Drive revenue and profit growth and ensure business targets are met.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.

Your profile

Proven experience in the cloud technology, SaaS, or IT services industry.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and drive business growth.

Experience in business development and sales in the German market.

Experienced in the SME MSP market.

Solid network and understanding of the cloud computing ecosystem in Germany. e.g. experience with the Microsoft Licence model.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in German and English.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced “startup environment” and adapt to evolving business needs.

You actively drive and participate in the sales process.

You are an outgoing energetic individual.

A high level of intrinsic motivation.

You are used to meeting and exceeding your targets.

Experienced in using a CRM system.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
