Junior Art Director (m/f/d) - #2188864

Our Onsite Content Team is responsible for the ideation, conceptualization and execution of the fashion content on all our platforms (app, mobile web and desktop) across all countries. It’s a fast moving team where we work at a high pace to bring our consumers the most exciting and inspiring content and culturally relevant topics to enhance their journey and shopping experience in our shop.

As a Junior Art Director (m/f/d), you will support our team in the planning and execution of campaign shoots. A strong connection to current fashion and lifestyle trends is required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the creation of creative concepts for our onsite content

• 
  Independently planning and executing smaller photo shoots
• 
  Developing the perfect visual language and ensuring quality on set in coordination with photographers, other creatives and production
• 
  Trendwatching
• 
  Sample & styling room management
• 
  Handling various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, budgeting, creative research etc.)
• 
  Post-production tasks and creation of shoot reports

Requirements

• Completed studies in fashion management, communications, fashion journalism, or a similar field

• 
  Initial experience in art direction for photo shoots, ideally in an e-commerce environment
• 
  A creative mindset with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for set composition
• 
  Hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
• 
  Strong interest in fashion, entertainment, styling, and a good sense for trends
• 
  Quick comprehension and a strong team player
• 
  Very good written and spoken English skills
• 
  Confident use of standard MS Office programs
• 
  First experience with Capture One and Photoshop is a plus
