As a Junior Marketing Manager – CRM (m/f/d) , you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing international campaigns, promotions, and reporting. From initial concept to go-live, you’ll manage projects independently and collaborate closely with our local market and campaign experts—contributing to customer engagement, loyalty, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, implement, and optimize CRM activities across various channels and markets

• 
  Develop and deliver data-driven, audience-targeted messaging and incentives
• 
  Analyze CRM campaign performance using defined KPIs and derive actionable recommendations
• 
  Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests
• 
  Identify and implement new messaging and incentive strategies across the customer journey
• 
  Support various projects within the CRM department
• 
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing Intelligence, Pricing, Campaign Planning, and International Markets

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

• 
  Initial hands-on experience in CRM or performance marketing
• 
  Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• 
  Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data
• 
  Proactive, well-organized, and quick to grasp new concepts
• 
  Passion for fashion and a good sense for relevant, audience-specific communication
