Your Role
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Operations Specialist with a passion for operational excellence and scalable systems. Above all, in this role, you’ll be a structural enabler behind the scenes – ensuring that our commercial and operations teams can function smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance.
If you’re passionate about seamless execution, pragmatic problem-solving, and building scalable workflows, this could be the role for you. You will report to the Commercial Manager play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Managers, coordinating logistics, and preparing MicroHarvest for its next growth phase.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate shipments (from samples to large-scale deliveries) and manage warehouse operations, ensuring all logistics and documentation (customs, Incoterms, certificates) comply with requirements
Sales Execution Support
Manage administrative sales tasks—including pro-forma invoices, tracking, and label creation—while aligning on customer-specific documentation needs (e.g., GMP+, sealed shipments).
Documentation & Trade Compliance
Prepare and manage legal and operational documents, serve as the main contact for trade systems (e.g., REX, HS codes, SGS), and ensure export compliance
Inventory & Process Alignment
Ensure traceability through batch tracking and maintain databases ready for audit.
Internal Legal Process Support
Coordinate NDA administration, provide initial support on legal agreements, and contribute to trademark oversight and budget alignment with Marketing.
Process Optimisation And Reporting
Map workflows to identify and resolve friction points, while implementing light-touch reporting to highlight key metrics and recurring issues
Cross-team Collaboration
Liaise with external partners—including logistics, customs, and legal—and collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to ensure cohesive processes.

What You Need To Succeed
Education and Hard Skills
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Excel; experience with databases and ERP tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of trade compliance and contract handling.
- 4+ years in sales ops, logistics, or commercial support.
- Scale-up or fast-growth experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Pragmatic, proactive, and impact-driven.
- Self-motivated and ownership-oriented.
- Collaborative with sharp attention to detail.
- You'll work with a highly driven team of exceptional individuals from diverse backgrounds.
