Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) - #2185667

MISSION: As a Controlling Specialist, you support the financial steering of our business by analyzing complex data, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and providing insights that help the company make informed decisions. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards in financial reporting and supporting compliance with internal and external requirements.

Tasks

• Track, analyze and report budget vacancies and financial performance indicators.
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and consitency across reporting cycles.
• Prepare monthly financial statements in lin with internal deadlines.
• Support departments with cost analysis, production times, and deviations from plan.
• Investigate accounting issues and ensure compliances with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams during audits and revies.
• Provide general accounting support where needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.
  
  

Your Profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Finance and Accounting or similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or general accounting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Confident in working with MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Structured, detail-oriented and analytical working style.
• Team player with strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working with deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
