As a member of the Schulte Group, Pronav is a ship manager specialised in LNG, dedicated to serve its demanding customers with tailor made solutions for technical and commercial management as well as crewing for all types of LNG carriers.
Pronav is highly recognised by Energy Majors, LNG Owners, Charterers and Terminal Operators throughout the world for its spotless HSE record as well as for its quality, reliability, and efficiency of operations. Within its 25 years of history, Pronav has successfully performed about 4.500 LNG cargo operations either with shore-based terminals or with FSRUs and FSUs respectively. Pronav’s TMSA 3 cumulative performance is at 3.59 and accordingly the company is taking on its role in the gas industry with a clear commitment to the highest standards in all aspects. Job objectives & key responsibilities:
highly organized and flexible, excelling in managing complex crew assignments with precision and care. We quickly solve problems using our analytical skills and maintain close collaboration with our 30 colleagues in Hamburg across all functions. Fleet Personnel Officer (m/f/d)
Job objectives & key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the effective recruitment and manning for your own assigned vessels by complying with the matrix requirements, client’s requirements and relevant legislation for each vessel.
- You are handling the relief/ rotation planning of the seafarers, focusing on the provision of alternatives for the continuous and effective operation of the vessel.

Requirements
Education & Work Experience:
- Commercial qualification / Bachelor degree, ideally with Shipping background or sailing experience
- Preferably 2 years experience in Crew Operations
- Advanced communication skills and interpersonal skills
- High sense of responsibility & initiative
- Strong organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
