YOUR FUTURE ROLE


As part of

SAP Business Transformation Services (BTS)

, you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients to become more sustainable and resilient organizations. With a deep understanding of their business needs, you will co-create holistic processes and solution architectures. Working alongside a diverse team of experts, you will deliver high impact by:


  • Taking full ownership of our customers’ success as a trusted advisor and change agent

  • Leveraging your sustainability expertise and keen awareness of industry and market trends to develop new service offerings that unlock business value

  • Clearly articulating the benefits of sustainability initiatives and SAP’s solution portfolio to stakeholders at all levels, both externally and internally

  • Collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning


YOUR PROFILE


We are looking for dynamic and advisory-minded professionals with a passion for sustainability and business innovation, comfortable in a multi-national environment and capable of driving organizational change and innovation effectively


What you will bring:


  • Exceptional customer focus with proven relationship-building skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments

  • Several years of experience in a multi-national environment advising executives or leading transformation initiatives

  • First experience in managing multiple, self-directed projects in client environments. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools

  • A strong understanding of sustainability management trends, with industry expertise is an advantage. Solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy and the latest product portfolio with insights into how these influence broader business strategies

  • First experience in developing new business and service offerings aligned with evolving market demands

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering high-impact messaging tailored to diverse audiences

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability or Environmental Studies, Computer Science, or related fields

  • Excellent English and German language skills

Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the management consulting unit within SAP, assisting customers to benefit from technology and digitalization in their business. We are committed to ideate business innovations, develop solutions and turn novel ideas into business results


The BTS Sustainability Advisory team is specifically focused on enabling sustainable business transformations. We support companies in defining and executing sustainability strategies — from net zero emissions to circular economy to human rights — helping them create long-term value while addressing global challenges
