We are looking for a highly motivated (Senior) Analytics Solution Manager (all genders) / (Senior) Specialist Data Analytics (all genders) for our data studio Hamburg team to oversee the implementation and management of advanced tracking systems and data architectures for our clients' digital analytics efforts.

This role requires a good technical understanding of tracking tools and technologies, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions for our customers.

What You Can Expect

• You advise our customers on the development of data and web/mobile analytics solutions, translating business goals into requirements and tracking concepts.
• You are responsible for the implementation of those tracking concepts, guarding the data model and data quality, making sure any new request adheres to the given standards.
• You communicate complex processes to internal and external stakeholders and you are able to design different solution approaches as well explaining implications and giving a recommendation.
• You can advise customers to choose the right analytics tool landscape and you can manage the implementation and setup of said tools.
• You facilitate workshops with clients and/or internal stakeholders and participate in pitches.
  
  

What You Bring Along

Must-haves

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Analytics tools, e.g. Adobe Analytics, GA4 or Snowplow.
• Experience with complex data layer architectures.
• Proficient in JavaScript for advanced tagging incl. serverside.
• Proven experience with a standard Tag Management Tool, e.g. Ensighten, GTM, Tealium or Adobe Tags.
• Experience with Mobile / App Tracking and QA.
• Good communication in German (C1 or higher) as well as English (C1) and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with privacy regulations (cookie policies, GDPR, DSGVO) and their implications for tracking and analytics.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• SQL and/or Python skills for complex data manipulation.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms.
• BigQuery, Looker and the rest of the Google analytics cloud universe.
