As a Working Student in the Offshore Projects department at Siemens Gamesa, you will play a vital role in supporting the Execution Excellence team as they establish a new team and roll out an innovative productivity program. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing ad-hoc requests, and enhancing communication within the organization to ensure awareness of essential processes and deliverables. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Assist in setting up the new Execution Excellence team and implementing a productivity program.
• Handle ad-hoc management requests, including creating presentations and managing team administration.
• Facilitate communication within the organization to promote required processes and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
• Support the team in website administration and other administrative tasks.
• Engage in various projects that contribute to the overall success of the department.
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, available for 20 hours per week.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and German.
