We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Hamburg-based team. You'll support the sales process, coordinate customer events, and bring marketing initiatives to life — playing a key role in how we connect with our customers and grow our business.

Marketing & Event Coordination

  • Identify key events and plan strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other activities
  • Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, shipping, equipment, catering, and registration
  • Work with creative teams on promotional materials and branded content
  • Track budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery
  • Collect event feedback and apply insights to continuously improve
  • Monitor market trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance visibility and engagement

Sales Support & Customer Coordination

  • Analyze sales data and contribute to business reviews
  • Support CRM improvements and contract handling
  • Organize internal sales meetings and support customer communications
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and vessel master data
  • Background in commercial or marketing fields (e.g. Industriekaufmann/frau, Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or similar)
  • 2+ years in sales support, marketing coordination, and/or event planning
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Hands-on, well-organized, and tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred – Salesforce is a plus)
  • Fluent in German and English; Polish language skills are a plus
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team
  • Permanent full-time position (38.5 hrs/week) with flexible hybrid setup
