As Technical Producer, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery, coordination, and transparency of our core platform team who is working on the foundational technology behind a long-term, multi-product franchise. You will work closely with the Head of Platform, team members and product team’s stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the platform roadmap. YOUR MISSION

  • Moderate technical discussions and drive the creation of actionable plans
  • Promote clear and consistent documentation in collaboration tools like Confluence and JIRA
  • Recommend and implement delivery process enhancements (e.g., feedback loops, planning cadences, tooling improvements)

YOUR BACKSTORY

  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies and digital collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucid)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
  • Basic familiarity with game development frameworks or engines, backend infrastructure and CI/CD workflows (not required to be hands-on)
  • First experience working on platform teams, shared services, or internal tooling in a game or software development environment, or on live game titles is a big plus
  • Development experience as a direct contributor is not mandatory but nice to have
