Your tasks

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and analytical Social Media Manager*in to take ownership of our social media presence.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all key platforms.

In this role, you'll become the face of Heimplanet, shaping the very first touchpoints people have with our brand. It’s a unique opportunity to define how the world experiences Heimplanet from the very first scroll, tap, or swipe.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (text, image, video) across all platforms
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling & posting
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications; apply best practices to optimize performance
• Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to inform data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with marketing, community management, and product design to support campaigns and launches

• Create a 20-second Instagram Reel using the photo and video assets in this folder.
• Include a hook displayed during the first 5 seconds
• End with a call-to-action displayed during the last 5 seconds
• Write a caption (max. 100 characters) that fits the vibe of the Reel

Qualifikation

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing
• General affinity for both social media and the outdoor space
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Proficiency in tools like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Meta Business Suite or similar)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A creative eye and an understanding of visual branding
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken )
