- Analysis of internal reports for safety-related management decisions
- Guidance and agreements for health/safety projects and policies
- Driving programs to improve technical specifications/designs
- Above-average willingness to travel within the covered region

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification according to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) in a technical field
- Relevant experience in project work
- Advanced proficiency in oral and written English communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- International/national recognized certification as a safety specialist, e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, Occupational Safety Specialist "Sifa"
- Relevant experience in compliance with local occupational safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in oral and written German communication
- Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methods
- Qualifications or experience in sustainability
- Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and management level
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and control technology
