You'll quickly take on a pivotal role at every step of the investment process – identifying opportunities, leading negotiations, and continuously refining our internal workflows. All of this happens in close collaboration with colleagues across departments, as we shape the future of sustainable energy together.
- You will accompany deal teams for transactions of wind and PV projects as well as battery storage systems (BESS) in Europe from deal sourcing to closing
- You will be responsible for comprehensive due diligence processes with external consultants
- You will be responsible for the financial modeling of wind and solar parks
- You will conduct commercial and contract negotiations (purchase agreements, general contractor agreements, project development agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, full maintenance agreements, etc.)
- During transactions you will manage project financing and power purchase agreements (PPAs) together with internal specialist departments
- You will present transactions and recommendations to the investment team, senior management and the supervisory board
- You have completed a degree in business administration or industrial engineering
- You bring initial experience in the wind, PV, and BESS sectors and have a quick grasp of new concepts
- You possess very strong skills and experience in financial modeling of cash flow-based investments
- Your strong communication skills, self-motivation, and flexibility set you apart
- You are a highly responsible and fully committed employee
- You speak fluent German and English
- You are willing to travel occasionally for your work
