At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as Personnel Officer (m/f/d) for Helios Verwaltung Nord GmbH at the Hamburg location (Mariahilf Klinik), part-time (for 35 hours/week)

What you can expect

Contact person and internal consultant (m/f/d) for a defined area of responsibility for all personnel, remuneration and labor law related issues

Implementation of all personnel matters during the entire employee lifecycle

Supporting HR management and actively participating in various HR projects

Design and collaboration in the area of personnel controlling

Close and trusting cooperation with the works council

What you bring with you

A completed Bachelor's degree, e.g. with a focus on HR or a completed commercial apprenticeship

A strong enthusiasm for HR and relevant professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector

Routine in the common MS Office programs, especially Excel. Experience with the accounting system P&I LOGA and/or the duty roster program SAP or ATOSS is an advantage

Good knowledge of labor law as well as expertise in collective bargaining, tax and social security law

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
