Are you enthusiastic about intelligent and effective software solutions to the energy transition? Join us at suena as Junior Finance Operations Specialist (f/m/x) to support our growing finance team in Hamburg. If you’re a highly organized, analytical early-career professional eager to learn and contribute to sustainable innovation—this role is for you.
suena, short for sustainable energy applications, is a green tech startup specializing on energy trading software for Energy Storage Systems. The focus lies on maximizing profits and reducing risks on short-term electricity and balancing markets for grid-scale energy storage asset owners through our AI-based optimization and trading software.

You will work closely with the CFO and our finance assistant to build and optimize robust financial processes, ensure legal compliance, and provide valuable insights for data-driven decisions. As we scale up, we need someone with a strong financial operations background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to guide and support both internal and external financial stakeholders. We expect you to maintain a regular presence in our Hamburg office, while also taking advantage of hybrid work options.
What you will be doing:

We want to particularly emphasize that our call for applicants is addressed to all genders.
The integration of people with disabilities is an opportunity and not a problem for us, and we, therefore, welcome their application.
