About The Role
As HR Lead for the DACH organization (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) you will partner with the respective leaders to develop people strategy that is aligned to both the business and the Versuni People strategy. To accomplish this, you will facilitate and champion adoption of annual People programs including performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, workforce planning in addition to targeted programs that you create for your business groups that help them achieve and exceed their business strategy.
You will also consult to leadership on organizational design and structure, serve as change leader and management coaching. You will build trusted adviser relationships across your organization and be the point of contact for strategic consultation for the functional areas: employee relations, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

You will also consult to leadership on organizational design and structure, serve as change leader and management coaching. You will build trusted adviser relationships across your organization and be the point of contact for strategic consultation for the functional areas: employee relations, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Shape and drives talent management programs that are aligned with the overall People strategy while targeting the specific talent needs of the market/functions. Lead the building of a talent pipeline for future leaders, manage succession management process and follow-on action planning for the organization.
- Lead the quarterly workforce planning (WP) process in collaboration with internal stakeholders ranging from the business Total FTE base (about -100 FTE).
- Act as a driver for strategic support on all HR-related initiatives and operational efficiencies and participate/lead projects or process improvement initiatives. Serve as change leader/coach to ensure support for implementation occurs.
- Deliver high quality, timely and cost-effective people services to the business/market/function.
- Responsible for building HR capability that embodies our culture across the region.
- Represent the DACH organization in the HR leadership team.
- Provide input/ feedback into the design of global policies and programs; highlight specific DACH requirements to the COEs; deploy within the region.
- In the lead with labor authorities and Trade Unions.
- Experience in job classification under collective labor agreements
- Hands-on experience in payroll pre-processing and data validation
- Proactively analyze and identify complex people issues, data, and trends to drive change. Recommend appropriate actions.
- Perform organizational effectiveness analysis and utilize that data to drive change.
- Ability to communicate with conviction, clearly and effectively with proven listening skills.
- Skilled in conducting conversations with emotional intelligence and empathy
- Ability to lead and facilitate crucial conversations a must.
- Ability to manage confidential information and act with integrity and discretion.
- At least 7+ years HR experience with a blend of business partnering and talent management/development focus, including organizational design/effectiveness, team building, performance management, career coaching and leadership development.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Global experience desired; Consumer products industry highly preferred but not required.
- Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
