For our Global Warehouse and Distribution Medical we are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist Export (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible for a Permanent Position in Fulltime based in Hamburg.

For our Global Warehouse and Distribution Medical we are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist Export (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible for a Permanent Position in Fulltime based in Hamburg.
Your Role
- Coordinate, create, and process sales orders and invoices for Export customer dispatch
- Prepare Export documents to support customs clearance according to incoterms and local requirements
- Collaborate with local Customer Services and Supply Chain to manage out-of-stock situations for Export countries
- Analyze Export service complaints, implement corrective actions, and share information with stakeholders
- Verify invoices and maintain master data and shipment costing tables, identify necessary corrections for process improvement
- Oversee daily operations of Export Customer Logistics activities, ensuring cost efficiency for customers, and collaborate with key markets to develop and maintain forecasts & communication

- Minimum 2 years of experience in international Customer Service or logistics export coordination
- Knowledge of Logistics operations, Export business and experience with Sea and Air freight documentation and processes globally
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive, independent work attitude
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence organizational outcomes and to implement processes
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; German/Spanish skills are a plus
