Your Tasks

The Product & e-Shop team based in Hamburg Eimsbüttel provides employees of Beiersdorf AG and its affiliates throughout Germany with its own core brands

Project management ‘e-Shop 2.0’


Support for the introduction of a new B2E e-Shop software, including functional tests, time management and coordination with internal stakeholders

Work preparation


Ensuring a smooth order picking process, preparation for operational workflows and management of 2nd choice and fan articles

Customer service


Independent processing of complaints and enquiries by telephone or e-mail in the e-shop mailbox

Your Profile

• 
  Properly matriculated during the entire working student activity
  
• 
  Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  
• 
  Interest in e-commerce and logistics processes
  
• 
  Independent and structured way of working
  
• 
  Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  
• 
  Flexibility and resilience to actively support the daily business of the Product & e-Shop
  
• 
  You have a fluent command of German and a proven command of English
