My client in the remarketing automotive industry is seeking an experienced Rechtsanwalt to support its expanding European wholesale business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide expert legal guidance on German law and manage legal matters across multiple European jurisdictions

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on German law, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks


• Manage external legal counsel across Europe to support business operations


• Oversee privacy (GDPR), intellectual property, and regulatory compliance

• Draft and negotiate customer & supplier contracts to protect business interests


• Support strategic decision-making alongside senior leadership


• Handle dispute resolution and liaise with Works Councils if required

What You Bring:


• Rechtsanwalt qualification with 7+ years’ post-qualification experience


• Expertise in technology law, with experience in startups or automotive a plus


• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills


• Fluent in German & English (additional EU languages a plus)


• Proven ability to work with senior leadership in a multinational environment
