As our Tech Lead – Analytics (f/m/d), you will play a central role in defining and championing our analytics standards and reporting frameworks across all business domains. You will drive excellence in data visualization, reporting infrastructure, and self-service capabilities, empowering stakeholders across the company to access actionable insights and make informed, impactful decisions. You'll lead with both vision and technical expertise, setting the bar for how analytics is done at ZEAL.

Your Tasks

  • Define, maintain, and evolve analytics standards, methodologies, and best practices across all business domains.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions - from ideation to deployment and adoption.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and clarity across dashboards, visualizations, and analytical outputs.
  • Design scalable analytics products and reusable frameworks aligned with our 'Data as a Product' strategy.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of reporting tools and infrastructure (e.g., Tableau, MixPanel, Jupyter).
  • Partner with Data Program Managers and business stakeholders to understand and translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
  • Build enablement resources such as templates, documentation, and training materials to scale best practices across our analytics community.
  • Mentor and support other analysts and data professionals via Communities of Practice or our internal Analytics Guild.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy, performance, and quality of analytics tools and reporting outputs.
  • Ensure cost-efficient use of reporting tools and manage vendor relationships where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads and the Data Leadership Council to continuously evolve our data analytics strategy.

What You Offer Us

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, or related roles, including experience in technical leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Mixpanel (or similar tools), and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Experience contributing to the development and implementation of analytics standards and scalable reporting frameworks in a growing organizationn.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting analytics professionals and fostering a thriving community of practice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Passion for driving adoption of data tools and empowering non-technical teams through self-service analytics.
  • Comfortable balancing central standards with domain-specific flexibility.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or domain-aligned team environment
