We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support two of our New Businesses from both a financial and operational perspective. In this role, you will act as a key sparring partner for business leaders — ensuring financial transparency, optimizing investments, and enabling data-driven growth. A key focus lies in the end-to-end financial support of New Businesses: from sharpening startup business cases to building the right financial structures and guiding strategic decisions as these businesses scale.

Your tasks: 

• Provide comprehensive financial support to two businesses, offering key financial insights into their performance.
• Serve as a sparring partner for financial considerations and investment decisions.
• Own the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process for your business area, continuously improving financial projections and operational forecasts.
• Develop and review strategic options within financial planning, supported by financial outlooks and/or business cases.
• Deliver meaningful management reports to support the business and ensure accountability.
• Challenge business assumptions and enforce financial discipline.
• Present monthly financial results to the board and key stakeholders.
