traceless is a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! Our award-winning company was founded in Hamburg in 2020 by our female founding duo Anne and Johanna. By now we are a diverse team from different disciplines, ages and twelve nationalities, united by our common mission: to contribute to solving plastic pollution and build the regenerative industry of the future. To achieve this, we are working to bring our materials to market quickly and to build our first large-scale production facility in Hamburg-Harburg.

Your Impact
- Development of new production facilities: starting with the design of holistically sustainable energy supply systems to assembly and installation, from sanitation to temperature control circuits for process plants, you will be involved in all areas of supply engineering.
- Bringing worlds together: You enjoy a holistic approach that allows you to deal with both HVAC issues in buildings and the supply engineering for plants.
- Planning: You will be responsible for planning and visualising your ideas using sketches or flow charts.
- Coordination: You actively shape the way we work with our global service providers. You'll define the scope of services and ensure smooth, effective delivery across all regions. Take ownership, coordinate with foresight, and build strong, collaborative partnerships worldwide.

Your profile
- Educational Background: you successfully mastered your studies in energy and environmental engineering, process engineering, green technology or a related similar field.
- Technical Expertise:
- Technology Expert: You have in-depth knowledge of renewable energies for efficient and sustainable production and are interested in developing holistic solutions in the field of supply engineering.
- Sustainability Assessment: You assess the impact of your activities to maximise our efficiency and try to take a holistic approach. You are not satisfied with the status quo, but strive to make it more sustainable.
- Know-How: You are familiar with the market and are motivated to prepare the necessary funding applications for specific technologies.
