YOUR TASKS
- Initial setup and introduction to the ERP software for craft businesses
- Implementation of training courses
- Organizational consulting (no sales)
- Upgrades and integration of innovations into our customers' work processes
- Creation and implementation of customized digitalization plans
- Regular participation in internal training courses
- Completed vocational training in the commercial or craft sector
- Preferably with further training as a business economist, (business) specialist or similar (m/f/d) - no prerequisite
- Enjoy advising customers
- High level of willingness to develop and learn
- Quick comprehension, good communication skills
- Enjoyment of traveling
- Enjoy optimizing commercial and operational processes
- Confident demeanor and an open manner
