Join our dynamic team, where your organizational skills will shine! You will assist the OF PPM team in Hamburg by managing travel arrangements for our managers and supporting travel cost reimbursements. Imagine planning and organizing both internal and external meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from booking meeting rooms to arranging catering. You’ll also play a vital role in the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, making a significant impact on our collaborative environment. Your contributions will help us drive the renewable energy revolution!

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Organizing travel arrangements for managers and assisting with travel cost reimbursements.
• Planning and coordinating internal and external meetings and managing Outlook calendars
• Managing appointments for superiors, including booking meeting rooms and catering services.
• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes for team employees, creating a welcoming environment
• Ordering of the equipment
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAPS4HANA is a plus
• Ideally previous experience in similar administrative roles
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
• Availability to work on at least four days per week and cover core working hours from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
