Your Impact

• Creating P&IDs: You will create, review and manage the R&I diagrams for our plants and systems.
• Creating and Adapting Production Layouts: You enjoy bringing new sites and buildings to life and are experienced in 2D and 3D planning.
• Change Management: You monitor the production site for changes, make necessary adjustments to the drawings and add essential master data to the documentation.
• Plan and Documentation Management: You will be responsible for documentation and version identification.
• Supporting Technology Development: You are willing to take on new tasks from the technical departments and assist with the processing of tasks, as well as taking the lead in sub-projects.

Your profile

• Educational Background: You have completed vocational training as a draughtsman, construction technician, civil engineer or similar.
• Technical Expertise: You bring more than 3 years of experience in CAD design – and that’s a strong foundation. Your clear and open communication about your strengths and limits enables us to define your role with precision and ensure you make the greatest impact from day one.
• CAD assistant: You have in-depth CAD knowledge and are able to ask the right questions for implementation, so that you can not only provide drawing support, but also manage sub-projects yourself.
• Organisational talent: You design, create and maintain technical documentation, such as technical manuals, and coordinate any changes that need to be made.
• Technical understanding: You approach new tasks with a strong technical understanding and a curiosity to fully grasp the bigger picture.
• Selfinitiated Driver: You are willing to proactively take the lead. You are familiar with delivering solutions in time, budget and quality, and are keen on developing yourself with every single challenge you solve.
• Team-Player: You are a true Team-Player with an extraordinary sense for human communication. You bring your sense of humor and are jointly commited to a collegial environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills & Responsibility: You are a natural problem solver, creative and solution-oriented. You are taking responsibility and communicate and lead projects in advance to elaborate a joint solution.

• Coordination & Organizational Ace: You are the biggest talent in organizing chaotic environments and keep calm even within the most stressful situations. You are keen on delivering your projects in time, budget and quality, and coordinate accordingly with the team.
• Management of Expectations: You know how to communicate clearly and honestly and are capable of managing your and others' expectations.
• Language Skills: You speak English and German fluently and understand technical concepts in both languages.
• Time- and Conflict-Management: Your extraordinary organizational skills enable you to set priorities independently and keep the deadlines. In addition, you are an expert in communication to resolve conflicts in a constructiv way and enable a smooth working atmosphere.

About Us

traceless is a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! Our award-winning company was founded in Hamburg in 2020 by our female founding duo Anne and Johanna. By now we are a diverse team from different disciplines, ages and twelve nationalities, united by our common mission: to contribute to solving plastic pollution and build the regenerative industry of the future. To achieve this, we are working to bring our materials to market quickly and to build our first large-scale production facility in Hamburg-Harburg.
