• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) parts, materials, and services
• Optimize existing contracts to achieve cost efficiency and reliability

• Manage the full lifecycle of MRO contracts from negotiation to renewal and termination
• Monitor and evaluate contract performance to ensure compliance and value delivery

• Oversee and maintain relationships with the MRO supplier base
• Implement supplier performance programs to ensure quality and efficiency

• Utilize data from the MRO information system to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risks
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
