Be an integral part of our Insights & Foresights team in Central Europe with key focus on creating tangible business value via holistic performance-, market- and competitor analysis on Germany

Your key responsibilities will include:

• 
  Design and conduct analysis (standard reports & ad-hoc analysis) based on multiple available performance data sources
  
• 
  Modelling market & consumer trends into performance estimations
  
• 
  Link observations from performance data to consumer-, brand-, and market trends to derive causal hypotheses
  
• Closely cooperate with all marketing functions (Brand, Trade, Finance) to achieve a holistic interpretation of performance data
  
• 
  Consolidate cross-functional analysis results into holistic insights and derive strategic recommendations for our senior management
  
• 
  Present findings in various forums
  
• 
  Steer and collaborate with external agencies
  
• 
  Support the Business Insights Manager in day-to-day business
  

What are we looking for?

• 
  University degree with a focus on marketing and/or statistics or analytics &> 2 years marketing experience in an analytical function
  
• 
  Distinct ability to think analytically and strategically with strong affinity for numbers
  
• 
  A feel for brands and the ability to link sales data and consumer behaviour
  
• 
  Ability to describe complex data in a concise manner and use data to derive insights and recommendations for actions - Good knowledge in working with BI systems as well as outstanding Excel and Power Point skills a must, knowledge in Power BI and experience in working with Nielsen Retail Audit data are a plus
  
• 
  Structured, organized and independent working style with attention to quality, detail and accuracy
  
• 
  Team players with effective communication and impactful presentation skills
  
• 
  Flexibility, high level of resilience and independency, problem-solving mindset
  
• 
  Proficient in both German and English
