Would you like to get to know different people areas (e.g. recruitment, employer branding) and stakeholders (e.g. management, works council)? Then become part of the "Candidate Experience" program and support us with your innovative way of working in an internship of 5-6 months!

Tasks

Here you can bring your HR expertise and passion to life! The "Candidate Experience" program gives you a comprehensive insight into all phases of the candidate journey for different target groups of our Lufthansa Technik product segments, with the following focal points:

  • Working closely with program management to prepare workshops, management presentations as well as communication and change management measures
  • Support with defined focus measures to improve the candidate experience, e.g. in the areas of technology, process and interface management
  • Contributing impulses and ideas based on experience from your own application process

Requirements

You don't have to have a specific focus. You convince us with your high drive, your creativity and your willingness to question previous approaches and work together with various interfaces to achieve sustainable change.

  • You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
  • Project management expertise
  • At least fluent in German and English
  • HR knowledge is an advantage (applicant management)
