As a team, we foster trust and engagement through strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. You will be part of a team of Transformation Project Managers, where you will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of transformation projects within Generation Continental Europe, using an appropriate project management methodology to ensure that intended outcomes are achieved.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • planning and leading the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities and specify, negotiate, and agree on project deliverables
  • analysing complex business problems or opportunities and provide high quality decision recommendations to Generation Continental Europe leadership
  • developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of initiatives
  • managing identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating these where appropriate
  • being responsible for transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • developing project specific KPIs and delivery benefits that can be monitored throughout the project.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have proven experience in delivering transformational projects, including change management, cultural change, and operational improvements
  • possess project management expertise, including the use of frameworks like PMI or PRINCE2
  • have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation
  • demonstrate success in managing complex projects and delivering measurable results
  • have strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement
  • have proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • ability to drive cultural change initiatives and embed continuous improvement practices
  • possess strong analysis and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
