  • Development, planning and conceptualization of the global digital marketing strategy, taking into account the customer-centricity approach and country-specific requirements
  • Definition and monitoring of marketing goals based on KPIs and OKRs

    • Professional & disciplinary leadership of the digital marketing team 
    • Developing, coaching, and supporting personal growth to improve the respective professional skills and soft skills
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure close content alignment and integration of marketing activities into overarching business initiatives
  • Budget planning and responsibility as well as ROI-driven use of the budget
  • Management of B2B product communication and integrated marketing activities & campaigns as well as development based on the medium and long-term product roadmap 
  • Strategic positioning of the digital product portfolio and development of marketing concepts, content strategies and brand campaigns 
  • Target group analysis for a target group-oriented approach as part of the customer journey
  • Further development of the customer-centric approach based on the customer funnel with the aim of acquisition in the SME sector and conception of upselling and retention measures 
  • Definition, development and scaling of marketing-relevant processes and structures 
  • Selection, set-up and use of digital marketing tools and services
  • Supporting the entire organization in marketing-related issues and knowledge transfer for digital topics to promote digital readiness
  • Conducting and evaluating market, competition and customer analyses to generate new customer insights
  • Identification of growth and innovation areas
  • Marketing monitoring/controlling to manage the measures
  • Management of service providers and agencies
Qualifications
  • Completed studies in the field of economics, e.g. business administration, communication sciences (ideally with a focus on marketing or communication) 
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of digital marketing and sales in B2B (ideally 10+ years) as well as experience in an agency environment is an advantage 
  • Successful development and implementation of digital strategies for products and services requiring explanation in the business customer environment and project management in cross-functional teams 
  • Several years of experience in managing teams 
  • Leadership qualities, negotiation skills, strong communication skills, high resilience, organizational strength and social skills 
  • Market & customer-oriented thinking & acting as well as intercultural social skills 
  • Pronounced digital expertise and experience with data-driven marketing & analytics (Google Analytics web analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, product marketing, content marketing, etc.) 
  • Willingness to constantly change and develop 
  • Analytical ability to recognize overarching relationships and development potential 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs 
  • Business fluent in English
