Information about the position

In this Product Management position, you will be part of the Vinted Go OpsTech product domain, where you will be working on various initiatives to help scale our fulfilment operations. You will work on projects related to item verification of designer pieces, electronic verification and other fulfilment-related topics. You will be part of a dedicated cross-functional Product team, working closely together with engineers, designers, data analysts, and the operations teams in Germany and the United Kingdom. The engineering team you will be working closely together with is spread across Vilnius, Lithuania and Hamburg, Germany.

In this position, you’ll

• Work closely together with the operations teams to help streamline their processes through product solutions;
• Help roll out ground-breaking electronics verification automation, focused on making second-hand first choice across multiple categories.
• Plan and manage the backlog of a product development team to continuously execute the Vinted Go strategy and achieve business objectives;
• Take responsibility for the impact and the outcomes of product development, ensuring they’re in line with the business objectives;
• Discover opportunities for innovation which are based on data-driven insights;
• Collaborate closely with the operational teams to uncover the most pressing needs;
• Collaborate closely with other product and non-product teams when your or other teams’ ownership scope is not sufficient.
  
  

About You

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix international organization.
• Self-starter with ability to drive alignment amid ambiguity.
• Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Affinity within the logistics/fulfilment industry is a bonus but not a requirement

The salary range for this position is € 71,500 - € 96,700 gross per year.
