As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You independently review, draft and negotiate contracts of all kinds worldwide in cooperation with sales, finance, purchasing and specialist departments as a representative of the legal department
- You advise and support executive management and business units in legal matters (except tax & labor law; construction law, insolvency law, corporate law) and present legal issues at board level and in management committees
- You represent the company's interests worldwide, conduct negotiations and legal proceedings and coordinate with external lawyers
- You create and monitor guidelines and processes to promote business interests, minimize risks and optimize costs
- You monitor and analyze legislative changes and case law, develop measures and implement them with specialist departments

We would be delighted if you meet the following requirements:
- completed university degree in law, preferably a fully qualified lawyer with above-average exam results
- at least 3 years of professional experience as in a law firm or in-house
- sound knowledge of contract law, preferably acquired in practice
- very good knowledge/understanding of technical and business fundamentals and interrelationships
- fluent in business English, further foreign language skills desirable
- good IT skills, very good knowledge of word processing and strong contract drafting skills
- willingness to undertake business trips both within the country and abroad
